Good day. Does anyone have any first-hand experience staying in the Caribbean View condos in STX? I would appreciate any information on the condos. Thanks!

Thanks--that was actually in response to a question that I posted. I am looking for more anecdotal information--is it a quiet complex, safe, rundown, etc.? I would appreciate any additional information.

the manager is a guy in his 80's on oxygen. He's lived there for years without having any problems, so apparently it's a pretty safe place. It's well kept up. Pets are allowed. I have two rentals there that are also for sale... cheap... which is pretty unheard of these days. The bedrooms are large and the kitchens are small. No Caribbean View, despite the complex name. I go by there several times each week and it always seems quiet no matter what time of day I show up. There is a dog downstairs in a unit below one of the ones I manage that barks once or twice to acknowledge that I am climbing the stairs and then he's quiet thereafter. Nice alarm system/door bell. 🙂
