STX employment advice

Hello,

I am currently on St Croix with my family for a month long PMV (this is our 3rd trip to STX). Is anyone out there interested in meeting with me for coffee or a drink to share their knowledge of the STX job market and offer advice?

I am an experienced business professional looking for long term employment. I've been reading the message board for some time and understand most employers want job candidates to be living here first. I also know that many have secured employment prior to moving here. I have made contact with some employers already but I'd like to make the most of my time here by speaking with anyone who has firsthand knowledge.

Feel free to reply here or PM me.

Thanks in advance.
Dan

honestly i would suggest you go to the dept of labor office over in sunny isles and register with them, by doing that you have access to more jobs than are advertised in the papers, they also might ask you to register to vote here thereby giving up your stateside residence, but by doing so you can vote here as well as apply at edc companies, either way i still suggest going over to dept of labor and registering
