Does STX have a public radio station and if so is it any good? Enjoy the warmth........

We get WVGN on STX. I get a lot of my news and entertainment form PBS. Car talk with Cick and Clack, Science Friday and a gardening show on weekends.
There is a lot of room for improvement in their local programing and basic production and broadcast. Maybe there is some stimulus $ coming down that road too that would allow some improvements?
There is a new media out called Kalaloo that says it will do more gathering of news in the Caribbean and present it through multiple outlets.
