Looking for a 60" beginners surfboard for a child. Have posted on classifieds a few times but thought I would ask here. If anyone knows where to get one on island or has a used one, please let me know. Shipping one is too much trouble. My son wanted one from Santa but logistics squashed it. Thanks.

You might check with either Mike and Barb, or with Anna. I believe they bought bigger boards for their children a while back.
They all hang out at Cane Bay. Look for the two small blond children. They do not normally play together as they are apart in age.

How about head down to Judith's Fancy beach or Rainbow on a day with some waves and ask those guys where they got theirs?

IT

I second VI Cargo. Their prices are reasonable.

Vi cargo charges $2.50per cubic foot. No customs or VI taxes if the stuff if "yours from home". My "stuff from home" arrived Thursday so this is current info. Talk to Mayra in the Florida office for all the relevant Information but the folks here are equally on the ball. Sorry I don't have the number handy. Google VI Cargo. VT

There's a surf shop in downtown C'sted, but I can't remember the name. I want to say it's on Company St., but not 100% sure. I know I've been past there dozens of times, but for some reason the info eludes me ATM.

We bought a surf board for our son online and had it shipped through VI Cargo. It was extremely reasonable.
