Swine Flu On Island?

Today we get an email from our medical insurer with facts about Swine Flu and this link:
http://www.bupalatinamerica.com/agents/Swine%20Influenza/Swine%20Q&A.pdf

I've gotten several calls from friends not wanting to go to Carnival Village or the activities because of the influx of people on Island from NY & TX. I thought all was good here and we would be safe....

Thoughts on this here in the VI?

You can track the flu here: http://www.cdc.gov/swineflu/?s_cid=swineFlu_outbreak_001

I wouldn't be concerned about catching the flu at carnival village since everything is held outdoors and there's lots of air circulation. I would be careful, just like I would be anywhere else, about handling money or shaking hands. (would wash my hands afterwards)

I would be much more concerned about flying on a plane and sitting near a sick person.
