Does anyone have an experience working remotely? If so, did you make these arrangements with an existing employer before relocated? I'd love some feedback on the pros and cons. Thanks!

Becky R, who often posts here, did medical transcription via telecommuting. Her experiences were mixed to say the least. I suggest you find a post of hers and PM her.
