I have been reading through a lot of the posts on here and looking at the realestate market and it seems to find affordable housing you have to so to st x and to find a job you have to be on st t.
What is up with that?

Depends on what your talents are. From what I see, STX rentals & real estate prices are climbing also so it's spendy in both places as far as housing.

And you can certainly find a job and housing on either island.
