Does anyone know what the big tent being erected behind the East End Fire Station is for?

Perhaps the tent is to shield WMA police from the hot sun as they spy on unsuspecting trash dumpers, hoping to catch one disposing of contraband trash.

I've seen them lurking is white pick up trucks down the road a bit in the past.

I usually wave!
