Hi all,
I did do a search, but wanted clarification on the Great Pond. What is it exactly? Wildlife refuge? Are there private residences around there?

Okay. Wetlands. Protected? I found this article from some time back:
Part of it still owned by Golden? Anyway, I will visit the location the next I'm on the island.
