Hello I was wondering if anyone has any experience with Calabash Real Estate and long term rentals? I have been in contact with an agent there and they seem fantastic, but I am doing everything state side right now, so any feedback would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

We have worked with Calabash several times since we have been on St. Croix.....rental property.....sold condo.....and purchased a new home on island...very professional,efficient and knowledgable!!!
Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.orrecommend them!

Calabash is a good company to deal with, as are many others on STX.

I was trying to figure what a Relator was. Then I realize you typed it like most people mispronounce the word Real-tor.
I've used several Realtors, all of which were good and professional as far as leasing is concerned.
