Hello everyone. It's Matt again. I will be arriving on Sunday, unfortunately it's the only flight I was able to get on. I have also learned that I will not be working at Noche, at least not right away. I accepted a position at Duffy's (same owners as Noche). I may have the opportunity to work at both places. But for now I will start out as a daytime manager at the Love Shack.

So once again I need help. Is there an inexpensive guesthouse that I can stay at in the area? Can anyone reccommend an area for me to live? I am single and have no pets so I can go pretty much anywhere.

Once again, thanks for all of the help. Give me a few days, then come see me at Duffy's.

Cheers,

Matt

Hey matt,
Have you tried contacting Ronnie at villafairview.com. He runs a short-term house and has pretty good rates. He is not on the East Side, but he is centrally located in town, and if I am not mistaken, there are safaris that go to the East Side. So you could get to work from there until you find something else.

Also, there are TONS of for rent signs up right now on teh Northside. Don't know much about the East Side, but I imagine it is the same as far as vacancies.

Looking forward to seeing you at Duffy's.

Hi Onik'a. Yes I've contacted Ronnie. I was seriously considering villa fairview when I thought I was going to be working at Noche. I would prefer something closer to the east end. I probably won't get a car for a couple of weeks. Thanks for the info on the north end. That's where I will be looking to live.

Cheers,

Matt

There is a place called Red Hook Apartments - I really don't know much about them though - East Ender can you help out there????

You might ask the Duffy's folks if they have suggestions also - perhaps a waiter or waitress that needs a room mate???

Matt: there is an ad in the Island Trader... "Guesthouse, walk to Red Hook. Great view! Daily, weekly, monthly. Real Estate Center, 775-1717."
Do I get a Volcano?

That the one for Red Hook Mountain Apartments? If not, they are another choice. Also check with the Sapphire Condo people, they usually have studios or one bedrooms.

Thanks for the info. Not sure if I have enough pull to be giving away Volcanoes yet! Give me a week or so.
