thinking of relocation in six months,help?

i have been thinking of relocating to st. thomas for awhile now and just finished my divorce, selling my house and cars and am 99 percent sure that i will be moving in six months or so. will need employment and housing
i can do most anything from carpentry to composites so i guess my question is can anyone help with info concerning employment and housing i just want to jump in and start enjoying what life has to offer in a place far away from the norm. thank you for reading and any thoughts will be helpful.

What about visiting for a while to check out where you might want to live & to get a feel for opportunities in your line of work? Have you checked the info available at this site?
