Thank you.

Its great, they spray painted all the potholes by the political signs like they way public works does. Then they spray painted something like: "do not reelect these crooks."

At least someone on island does not plan on voting for same crooks in office.

No property was defaced...just spray paint outlining the potholes, and some sriting on the road with spray paint.

Saw it last night.

Thought it was for real, marking the pot holes for fixing.

Then the political tagging showed.

Reminded of C. Cal and all the "ARTISTS" there, we really don't want that here.

i know of other roads where residents mark the pothole to warn people to be careful, one road i heard the residents actually filled in the holes themselves because the government is just too busy to do it

Wow, someone beat me to doing just that. I am moving back to STX in 2 weeks and was going to bring my spray paint with me to outline the potholes so my husband would be able to see them and avoid them.

I was thinking of the glow-in-the-dark kind so we could see them at night ahead of time!!! Thanks to whomever, and I hope we can see them at night!!!! Maybe this will bring to the attention of the public works dept to get them filled...nay, they will still be there until May and only then on the roads for the Triathlon will get filled.

Cheers to the people or person that painted the road...a very created solution to get the politicians attention. This road art is all over mid island...Northside in echo valley; Midland road at "Senators Curves or the land of 10,000 pot holes"; and Agi fair road and more!

Yes, and there are roadside signs as well ''"Where did all our tax dollars go?" and more. Congratulations to the sign makers.

BUT, we are getting new guard rails on the divided highway. That way, if you happen to hit the pot hole the size you could lose your honda accord, you will get bumped off of the guard rails and hopefully back on the road and proceed as planned.
