Too Late In The Season?

Hi everyone!

So I have been looking through the boards for about a week now and my plans of moving out to STT for 3 months have been somewhat discouraged. I'm 21 years old and looking to taking a break from my last year in college by finding a temporary new home/adventure. I plan on flying out to STT from Seattle in early January, and after looking over the boards it seems like all the possible jobs and apartments will gone. I'm willing to look hard for both, but I don't want to spend the majority of my time searching instead of settling. In your best opinions, should I change plans?

Thanks a lot!!!

Ashton

You are correct, finding work and an apt in Jan. is a little late into the season. Does it make it an impossible goal for you to attain? No, just more time consuming and a bit more risky. If you could come like within a week or wait until next year in late October, you'd be in better shape to succeed.
