TORRANCE, Calif -- Toyota Motor Corporation today announced their newest “green” car, the Toyota Cistern. This innovative 4-passenger vehicle captures rainwater from the car’s roof and funnels it into an over-sized 12-gallon windshield washer fluid reservoir, virtually eliminating the need to top off the fluid by hand.
