Do you know anything about Tradewinds newspaper and when their website will be back up and running??? They've been under construction for months!
If you have any info, please let us know.

They have been experiencing change of command. The previous owner or current owner had someone new at the helm, now he's back in charge. Even when he was in charge, the website was never updated. I suppose the new guy took it down for that reason, so who knows when it will be back up!

Do you know of any websites that would list long term rental property on StJohn besides the Daily News? Most of their listings are for STT anyway. I've spoken with the very nice people that own Scenic Properties (STJ) but that's all. Our move is set for August 30th.

As far as I know, Doug at Scenic Properties is the only business that specializes in long term rentals. You might want to call Joe Lookshin. He has several apartments for rent 340 776.6104 or Irvine Monsanto at 340 779.4635. Both these gents have apartments and don't use a service nor hardly advertise!
