The west end is probably closest to UVI. Unless both of you will be in school full-time, you might want to live between school and work. If you follow this link http://www.virginislandsdailynews.com/ and then under the "Special Supplements" section follow the link to "Island Trader" you can see available local rentals. You shouldn't rent anything until you've seen it. Ronnie might have space available at The Villa Fairview http://villafairview.com/ while you look for a more permanent place to live. Local real estate agents are frequently accused of being bad about communicating with potential buyers, and I imagine they would have even less incentive to respond to requests for rental information. In any case, you really need to be here and network with people to get settled. Good Luck!

you must not have looked very hard for a place, b/c we have found several private, gated, safe places to live right around campus and on the north side.

I'm guessing you have since found several places to live? Have you decided on anything yet?

Hey there..

My bf and I are also moving this August to STT so I can begin nursing school 🙂 We found a place in Hull Bay, I guess it's a bit of a drive to school but out of the way from tourists. Where are you moving from? and do you have transportation?

Wish you the best
