Hello all,
I have an update on my previous post named "possible scam". I have since learned that these people, Mark and Gemma Wenner, are 110% NOT SCAMMERS!! They are good people, and they are not out for the money. They want good tenants, just like any other landlord does.
I, by no means, did not mean to cause conflict to the party that is concerned. Nor did I try to take away from their credibility. I was trying to check all of the possible things that COULD have happened. In doing so, their credibility as people, and their business, became collateral.
The wording in my previous post was offensive, and perceived as an accusation. I definitely did not want to accuse said party of anything.
I wholeheartedly apologize to both Mark and Gemma. I appreciate what you guys are doing for us, and what you have done for the Island community in the past. I am delighted to do business with such a professional couple.
Once again, the said party is 110% NOT SCAMMERS. They are Islanders trying to make a living.

I agree. I was not trying to offend anyone in anyway, shape, or form. I was simply trying to get a good idea of these people. Once I reread my post, it DID, in fact, look like I was implying them to be scammers, of course which they ARE NOT.
