UPS in STT

does anyone know if UPS delivers to STT?

Yes, they do. The best bet however, is to use the USPS for packages. It's cheaper!

Also, UPS to your home is rather hit and miss. If the driver knows your place EXACTLY, you might get your package delivered. Most likely, you will have to go to UPS to get it.

If you live outside the main business district UPS usually tries to deiver in the evening. I had the UPS guy make a delivery once at 10PM on New Years eve. Last week we had the driver knock on our door at 11PM because he was trying to make a delivery next door and I guess they had gone to bed.

Also the service is not very reliable. It took seven days for a next day package to make it from Chicago - STX.

Use the post office.

thanks to everybody for responding. the reason i posted this question is because certain companies i order from only ship UPS, so it helps to learn what i can about UPS service on the island.

good afternoon celeste
read your reply regarding some of your deliveries can only be shipped via ups....brief note i discovered the hard way. not all companies will ship to the u.s.vi...i was so amazed, even some of the larger "name brand" companies do no shipping to this area. was told this was due to custom regs etc....please double check with your vendors. have a good day.

thanks for the advice!! one of the companies ships internationally, so i'm keeping my fingers crossed. but i will ask to make sure.
