Villa Fairview

They are booked solid and have a waiting list for the monthly rooms.
He said that nightly at $99 per is wide open for all of Feb. Im just not sure how things are going to work out. Islander,PH,EE, do you all have any other ideas for a plan "b." ? I may be coming down within the next 2 weeks for an interview on STT. Or would I be better off staying nightly at Villa Fairview for a few nights until I can find a permanent rental? If things go well of course.

He has a few openings. It sounds like everything is pretty full right now. He went so far as to say then even rental property on STT is very tight , regardless or price. Agree?

Scott ,your nightly rantal won't be at Villa Fairview, it will be at Crystal Palace. Sorry you misunderstood. Call me again to finish dicussing it!

Yes, property in general is tough. I know someone who just sold their place at basically asking price in one day. I have heard that the travelers are having trouble finding places, too. If you are staying at Crystal Palace, lucky you!
