Vitran schedule Crown Mountain

I have a house guest staying for possibly a month, doing volunteer work with the Red Cross. I live Northside and can honestly say I've seen a bus once in 2 years on Crown Mountain. She could walk a mile to catch it at the junction of 33 and 301 (Building Blocks of Love) but I'd love to know if anyone out there could give me an estimate of the times it runs or where she could get a schedule. She doesn't drive, wanted to buy a bike (YIKES), has a good handle on dollar rides once in town. I'm leaving for a week so can't drop her in town. Any help appreciated.
