Wondering what folks are seeing on their Viya bills for charges/credits after Maria since there's been no cable service on STX.
Well I don;'t think they've mailed anything but are still posting statements on their web site. Trying to figure out mine from month to month. Haven't tried to call them to ask what's up.

Viya gave me credit for the days they had no service due to Hurricane Maria. Since we had our TV cable on “vacation mode” we were only chg’d half of our normal monthly charge ($3.34 vs $7.68)

My VIYA bill for the billing period 11/08 to 12/07 is $35.86 - basically that's for the land line (which continued working except for a day off here and there).
On this bill I was credited $88.79 for cable, which has not been working.
The previous bill was $58.43. For about 2 to 3 weeks after the hurricane, cable WAS working and then stopped at some point. It has yet to be restored.
Every time I call they say it's the 'system' but no more information has been given.
I do imagine that with all the lines and poles being restored, they probably deactivated things intentionally or mistakenly?
