moving from NYC and I'm a big walker..........does anyone just huff it by foot or ride bikes, or is it too mountainous. I'm looking in to getting a scooter or something but wouldn't mind walking places.... also i am interviewing for a bar tending job at Havana blue, anyone got any to say about this place. than you

Havana Blue is a wonderful place. It's pricey so you should make good money bartending there. Some hotel employees live nearby & if you luck into that sort of situation (studio or sharing a place) you could get around on a scooter. People do ride bikes but they're really athletes as we have killer hills.

I wouldn't do it but I know someone who lived here for four years or so and never owned a car - walked everywhere. He lived in Mandahl and walked to his job in Crown Bay every day. I thought he was crazy but he loved it.
