WAPA and estimated bills

However, our Senators have not come out on theirs or Mapps spending.
We have our Governor spending, unknown amounts for his luxury lifestyle, we have our Legislature spending unknown amounts, we have them requesting $2M to upgrade "executive offices and acquire Limos." We have Senators wanting $2M for new digs in STX. We continue to have wasteful and out of control spending. We continue to become deeper into debt. But ..that's okay...raise fees and taxes while giving no services and continue to have no ethics and fiduciary duty.

BLAAH!
Sick of it.

I just paid the bill on line and noticed the WAPA web site Consumption page shows the date of the last actual meter reading and the actual value. Says mine was last read in March which is what I suspected.

This must be why our rates have been around $27 even thoough we were there for a month in Mid June to Mid July.
