WAPA Billing Mulfunction.

I got first bill from WAPA in early January and paid a small balance. I made another payment in February although I didn’t get the statement. On March 25 I got a statement for September to February 12 Service period. My interim blind payment from February was larger the the balance computed. None of my payments are reflected in the statement. Small late charges were applied. My bank states the payments have cleared.
Have any of you experienced this? I am about to go off island so I can’t get personal w WAPA. Do you think WAPA will sort out its billing problems? One more headache to solve.

lol, his seems like something that would need to be dealt with in person. with all supporting documentation. other that calling or emailing???

One more messed up VI institution. I guess I have to lower me expectations for proper payment processing. They can’t provide reliable power and can’t credit the money I paid. Seems everything here has to be done in person and carrying a folder with a proof.

I went through their website right now. Created account. Created credit card wallet. Turns out they can’t accept the payment. If you click “contact us” but their mail client for billing is not installed. I must say this is quite frustrating.

I've made all the payments with CC on the WAPA web site and haven't had anything get lost.
Still waiting for them to remove the late charge from the Jan bill from them mailing the bill the day before it was due. They said they would be removing all late charges for everyone during the restoration period. Called customer service a few times and they said keeping checking next bill and call back if not removed. Now haven't received another bill in two months.

I received a bill covering up to SEPT 5 And paid it. Nothing since then. I went in person last week and they looked up my account and said they haven't read the meter and don't have any more information. No Bill since Nov. Power restored, no information from WAPA, when will I get billed - no answer. Very frustrating!!!

most people have already gotten a first since the storm. id hate to see yours when you finally do get one
