I noticed the new telephone pole on East End Road first or second curve east of Cheney today. Power dropped out about 8pm last night and then clicked back on a little after 1am. We lost power for about another 2-3 hours around 11am today as well. Not sure what the cause on that one was though.

Always have WAPA on Speed Dial.
Your chances of actually getting through... not so hot. 🙁

I've called the automated "To Report a Power Outage" number a few times and they've always given an estimated time to be back on-line. I find it's usually accurate... to within + or - 2 hours.
Kind of...

You can report an outage on their web site. What they need is a live outage map like Duke Power has that shows how many customers are currently out by location and the ETA by location for power restoration. And maybe then we'll see some unicorns.

I just call into the main outage phone number. Its an automated system. You leave your telephone number and location and a call back number.

Someone called me back from WAPA twice the other night (at 8:45 pm and again at 10:30 pm) to advise on the accident at Miss Bea Road.

During the second call, he said that power would likely be restored after 1 AM...it came back on at 1:15 am ish.

This is not an isolated experience. They've called me back before several times at homer and office.
