I pay every WAPA bill with a one-time use credit card #. Anybody hacks in and tries to use one of mine is SOL for their efforts.

Where do you get a CC like that?

Citibank or Capital One. Not all the Citibank cards have the feature yet, they claim they are adding to new cards that don't have it yet. But it's not new, I've been using it for almost 20 years. Discover used to have it but I think they dropped it.
