Anyone have any luck getting a hold of WAPA lately (other than for outage reporting)?
They're not answering the phones and not responding to e-mail.

Surprisingly, haven't had to, lately.
Have you tried both numbers?
I'm on STT but I've got 774-3552, 774-1424, (777-9272 - don't remember who this is for) for contact information.
Couple others as well for supervisor and linemen.
Since, I have found over the years one must have WAPA ready on speed dial and collect numbers.

I've tried the STX and the STT numbers. 774-1424 is an emergency number. Have not resorted to using those yet, maybe that's next. I tried the picking the emergency option on the regular number but since it only wanted to take recorded input answers to specific questions I hung up. Maybe I'll try that last one.

I haven't needed to contact them recently either. But it has happened to me before - really annoying when you are off island. Other times I just went to the office (Although that has resulted in annoying waits, you at least force them to talk to you).

Best call them before 5pm or try again in morning.
I'll call the emergency number if I can't get any response from them.
As mentioned, that's why I'll collect numbers for WAPA.
They should be responsive to each and every call.
Good luck.

777-9272 is disconnected.

I've been trying at various times during the day, just tried again a little while ago about 4:45 or so.
Not currently on island. Guess I'll try the emergency number next.

Good luck.
Very frustrating when you cannot get a response.

When you call WAPA, and go to customer service, the auto answer says all reps are busy, but...if you just stay on the line, they will get to you. Talked to them twice this week. Didn't have to wait on hold too long, either.

Yup, that's the routine. So far I've waited and they haven't answered after waiting a while. I'll try again.
