BTW - If anyone is having difficulty getting hold of WAPA customer service by phone as I've been the last couple of days regarding a billing issue. Email them. After waiting for a rep and being constantly transferred to a full voicemail message box over the last couple of days, I, in one last, seemingly futile attempt, went to their website and sent an e-mail outlining my problem. Within minutes, I had a response and my answer to my issue.
