Done!  I'll be curious to see the results.   I answered yes to almost everything.  I pay several residential bills and a commercial bill for WAPA and the only one that hasn't doubled in recent months is the commercial bill.

We've all experienced "issues" with WAPA and their imaginary billing, among other things.

My WAPA bill is always up and down with variable occupancy but that's to be expected.  The only thing consistent is that they always bill two months behind since Maria.  My December bill is from the October reading.
