Need some help.

Currently negotiating a lease on commercial space which will include water service but not electric. Trying to estimate cost of water so I can prudently negotiate, but, not surprisingly, WAPA doesn't post rates. Tried to call and .... ring .... ring ...

Anyway, if anyone could offer even a best guess estimation of per-gallon costs for water, including LEAC, for commercial customers, I would be much appreciative!

Thanks Bombi. The Source article says the 9.87 is the LEAC. Is there an additional per-gallon charge for the actual commodity as there is for power?
