Odds are that he is still loose, living in gov't housing, and receiving a monthly check and foodstamps....I swear, it's just freakin' ridiculous how inept our police force is when it comes to rapes...Every day in the paper there is something about someone....and they don't care about age or race or anything like that, either...it could be an 88 year old grandma or an 8 year old child, these sickos have absolutely NO conscience...cut it off, I say!

If you are referring to Jeffery Warner who escaped back in March, YES, he was caught. He is currently serving 4 consecutive life sentences and will remain in prison until he dies.

Unless an outgoing governor pardons him...

I cannot imagine our current Governor doing that.

Yeah, I did not think Farley would pardon the Fountain Valley Massacre guy, either.

It is offensive to suggest deJongh is like Farrelly in any respect.

That's nice, but I did not specifically say deJongh would pardon this guy. I said an outgoing governor, and deJongh won't be the first or last =)

Did you mean until he escapes again?
