So, if I don't liter, I don't have to pay taxes? Does that make me Senate material?

Reverse logic:
If you don't pay taxes, you have to go clean up litter.
And you end up on the ballot anyway.

Another example of iron-clad logic:
If you catch ebola, they euthanize your dog. I don't have a dog, therefore I cannot catch ebola.

As far as I know only one dog has been euthanized because its owner contracted Ebola and that was in Spain. A dog belonging to a NY resident who contracted the virus has not been euthanized as at this time there's no hard scientific evidence to warrant it.
