For those who have heard of our many failed attempts at buying a reasonable home on-island, thought you might like to know that we finally signed a contract of sale last week!
That means, barring any catastrophes, Petrus and I will be homeowners by Carnival!
Yeah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It overlooks Santa Maria bay. I don't want to jinx it by talking about it too much, but I will be glad to show pics after closing. I must say that we feel very accomplished to even find something affordable. The EDCs have driven the cost of property through the roof!
