My wife and I visited STX last week. We did a bunch of diving and it was nicer than we expected. I had set up a time with Alexandra to show us some properties just so we could get an idea of what we could afford. We plan on moving in 2 to 3 years and STX was our first choice. The first few she showed us gave us an idea of what to expect and what we could afford. We could have lived in those properties but they didn't really jump out at us. Then she showed us one that was a bit more money then we really wanted to spend. As soon as we saw it we knew we could live there! We made an offer the next day and it was accepted!

Now we are trying to buy a house from four thousand miles away. Fortunately Alexandra is our agent and she really knows her stuff. Thanks Alexandra!:) We look forward to having all the paperwork done and getting it rented. Unfortunately it will have to be rented for 2 or 3 years before we can move there permanently but at least we will have a place to go between renters 🙂

Jeff

Leeann - we expect Jeff's new house to be available for rental beginning about June 1st. They plan a few minor renovations once the sale closes and will add some furnishings and kitchen equipment, etc. It's a beautiful property and I can email you photos if you'd like to see what it is like. It's in a very private and nice location and has great views across a valley to the mountains beyond and also some view of the north shore and the sailboat masts at Salt River. This is an executive-style property and will be an excellent rental home for someone seeking something better than the average. If you'd like to know more, you can email me at [email protected] with your questions.
