Hi Phoenix here again,

Excited about all the info I've learned from the message board and excited about the potential of my permanent relocation to your home. You people are terrific with info. It's appreciated.

If you don't mind, would you share what brought you to the Islands the first time & what made you stay and make it your home?

Kindest regards & Thanks in advance,
Phoenix

P. S. The more I learn the more excited I become about permanently relocating to STT or STC- thinking maybe population of STJ may be too small for me. What is the "living" personality of each island?

What are your thoughts?

Thanks:-)

Hello Phoenix,

Welcome to the board. I think the weather is a biggy for a lot of people. The ocean/beaches too.

I'd be interested in knowing what originally brought folks to the islands?

Phoenix I would recommend reading the Moving Stories on this site for thoughts on island living/personality. Click here https://vimovingcenter.com/what_to_expect/ for the stories.

Islander,

Thanks so much for your reply & recommendation. I will read the Moving Stories you suggested.

Am permanently relocating in late September, early October and would like to stay involved in the message board and meet some folks.

It's very kind of you to reply and I appreciate it!

TTYS.

Thanks,
Phoenix

Terry,

Hey!

Sorry to say no, I've been living on Cape Cod for past 10 years or so. Phoenix is more a metaphor for the Greek Myth. I've lived in many places up and down the east coast must be near water. Have traveled out west gorgeous!

Hope you're happy in UVI what a change from Mesa would like to chat with you sometime about the differences from someone who came to UVI from out west.

Best regards,
Phoenix
