Hello Michelle,

For St. Thomas.

There is pretty good pizza on island. Northdrop and Pizza Amore come to mind.

There are a lot of cuisines that are not represented here. Whether they would do well is another question. Perhaps a world food restaurant that carries a few favorites from different countries would work.

I am not a fan of Thai, Vietnamese, Korean etc. but others are and they don’t exist here. I had excellent Afghani food and Ethiopian food while in CA last year so they come to mind. French deserts 🙂 come to mind too. Some real Italian Gelato for desert also.

Hopefully others will join in and share their food wish list with you.

Well, Marty - take solace in the fact that living on the rock has, at the very least, probably helped your cholesterol levels!!
