Federal minimum wage laws are the same here as elsewhere in the US.

The Federal minimum wage is $5.15 an hour, this would apply to the USVI too There has been legislation in NY to raise the NY minimum wage to over $7.00 an hour over several years but it was recently vetoed by Gov. Pataki and the Federal minimum wage is still in effect here in NY.
