Wondering if there are any BBQ type meat smokers there that can tell me what kinds of local woods are generally used to smoke meat or fish. Stateside it is often hardwoods from fruit trees, or nuts. Hickory, cherry, what have you... What kinds of wood is used in the VI for smoking stuff?
