I am looking to get something furnished with central AC. My cap is $1500 a mo.
I dont think I need more than 2 bedrooms. I can get by with 1 bedroom.
It has to be clean.
Central AC is a must.
I do have a well behaved dog.....
Can I get a condo with a dog?
Are my expectations realistic?

Yes they are realistic. It wouldn't be though in a ritzy area if you know what I mean. You might want to get in touch with a local realtor to give you a hand. For that kind of money you could get a decent place on the north side.

Jet: The only condos with central A/C and accept small dogs are in the Watergate area as far as I know. There are several associations there and I am not sure which ones allow dogs. You should contact one of the condo savvy realtors.

Seacliff Villas is the one that allows for sure. Fiona Stewart 775-9500 for condo info.
