I asked this question earlier this year and was referred to Miguel at Caribbean Auto Mart but when I called he had no idea what I was talking about and said they didn't have anybody who comes in to work on Volvos.
I've seen several Volvo XC90s, a few S60s, and some older model Volvos as well. I know Jeff & Terry work on the older model stuff but where are people getting the later model Volvos service here on STX?

I would try Hayden next to Rams Autobody. He works on BMW's and probably does Vovols as well. He is in the middle of the building behind Warren the Welder.
You could also try MPH Auto at 5 Corners next to Kokomo's.

My Volvo isn't a late model, but I had my harmonic balancer replaced by this guy, Adrian.
I called Quality Auto parts and they suggested him.
He took my car on a Saturday (!) and fixed it by Monday.
I'd assume if he does old Volvos he may know his way around a new one., too.
Worth a call at least
