Anyone know where Estate Thomas, New Quarter is on St. Thomas???? Virgin Marley's????

That was my address once when I lived for many years off Raphune Hill. It extends down to Mandela Circle but that's all I can remember now!

Is that a retail location or area? Is Virgin Marley the name of a street or a commercial center?

new estate thomas is up the hill from wheatley center, believe estate thomas is across from post office. not sure about virgin marley

Virgin Marley's is the new private vendor's location at Mandela Circle. Across from Wendy's.

Estate Thomas is pretty much all the flat land around there and up tp the top of Skyline just about.
