I am contimplating installing a whole house audio system in my home. It would consist of three zones with in wall and exterior speakers. I would protect the power supply for all equipment with a surge suppressor in addition to the whole house surge suppressor. The system that I am looking at is manufactured by Zon.

I am curious if anyone has had any experience with a whole house audio system in the islands. My biggest concern is WAPA.

Zon makes a good product. Unless you are a serious audiophile, it will probably meet, and exceed, all of your needs. If memory serves, Zon has a battery back-up system, with a buit-in surge protector, for uninterupted service while waiting for the generator to come on. If Zon doesn't, I know someone does. Get the entire house put on it, and your systems will ALL be protected. Possible dicount on your insurance, as well.
