I found this site which has a lot of information on how to find and live your dream, de-clutter your life/downsize, and network in a new location. It's a bit of a shameless plug for an eBook on the topic (not mine) but the pags are good fodder for thought...

It offers a methodical approach on how to simplify your life. I think this is generally a requirement for most moving to the islands, and it helps to walk through a plan. Thanks! It's a nice addition for board members.

Ditto! Great link. I need to send this to my mother! Much of what is written there, I have already done - I didn't know someone had written a "how to" manual on it. It's really an interesting site. Thanks for posting the link.

Really do find out how much STUFF you don't use all the time,when you've been packed up for a week and haven't really needed ANYTHING that you've packed for everyday living.....LOL....LA
