How is the Wintberg area? There's a place I'm looking at at Estate Wintberg, anyone know of the area?

Fairly large estate - mostly northside and some of it is low with not much breeze - mostly good neighborhoods - Have you been to the house?

Currently reside in Wintberg, off Lemon Tree Road. Nice area, actually a real neighborhood feel, more than alot of other areas around. We can see a sliver of Magen's so we are facing Northwest; even here, it can be warm (would be hot in the summer), not nearly the breezes of other areas, unless you are in just the right place. We feel very safe here; you just need to look at the place and get a feel for it. The convenience to everything on island is FANTASTIC! I work at Yacht Haven, have friends on East End, Mafolie and in Caret Bay that we visit often...can be anywhere quickly...very nice!

I haven't yet seen it - I'm not even on the island yet. I'm hoping it will still be available when I come down next week to view. It sounds very nice - just what I'm looking for! Thanks for the response!
