To all Yogis and those aspiring:
Summer is over and season is soon beginning, so classes will be resuming and new ones starting!
Evening classes will be forming near the airport and possibly in town. East end classes will resume at the end of the month.
Currently, Intermediate/Advanced classes are held every Tues. night 6-715pm at the Jackson Complex Antilles School.
Full Moon Yoga Class will be held next week, Weds or Thurs evening, at Emerald Beach, Lindbergh Bay.
If you have suggestions for times and locations, I welcome your feedback!

Hey, Gina....can us leering folk just come to the classes and watch scantily clad women twist and contort themselves? How about a camera? Is that allowed? (I am only JOKING here, please don't lambaste me!! Haha!)
