Notice we're all paying less for gas?
They knew the writing was on the wall.
Plus, you can't get blood from stone.
The operating agreement with ABR was severely flawed. IMO.

Hovensa will definitely get blood from the stone. Notice they filed in both Federal and territorial court.

Maybe we should learn something from having one industry, that pollutes the environment and has such a trenchhold that an entire island depends on them. Maybe it should be a lesson learned.

Alana, we can definitely learn something... but it definitely hasn't been learned in the past 2 years. No one has come up with any other kind of industry to replace Hovensa.

Maybe not. But the GVI definitely will not. The 2015 budget is made from anticipated Hovensa revenues that they will not realize. How is the GVI going to make up that payroll shortage?
