I tried some rum punch I've pops today at the beach bar in Cane Bay St. Croix....eat@canebay. What a cool treat. Tropical fruit juices blended together and frozen with rum. Awesome

How does that work? I keep my Rum in the freezer, it doesn't freeze. If you mix rum with fruit juice and freeze it wouldn't the rum separate and run out? Just asking?

I wondered about that too. How do they freeze them?

Yeah a low ration of rum to juice is required to keep the ice hard. You'd get "brain freeze" before you got "high".
You'll get a little buzz and a stronger juice flavor in your mouth which is soo refreshing in the heat!!8-)

they are still good, definitely.. I like the "black stallion" rum ice-cream from Armstrong's (?) treat best personally ... haha

Mmmm Armstrong uses rum "flavored" ice cream not the real deal. He'd need a liquor license lol
I like it too though. A rum cream pop sounds like it would be good.

while this is true, the bottle they pour in while making it is suspiciously rum labeled... & when consumed feels somewhat alcohol like..

I'm just sayin.... 😉

I like to make hand cranked homemade ice cream. I tried making Cruzan Creme ice cream a few times. If you put more than just a little Cruzan Creme in, the ice cream doesn't set and you get a great Cruzan Creme milkshake.

You can't lose either way.

Thanks for the great interest in the Boozie pops I've received a lot of PM requests on how to freeze alcohol. Shows me how many folks could use a "cool" down especially in these "heated" days!

I find they're selling out pretty fast at the beach bar. Come n enjoy!!
