Oh yeah, the same GOP that doesn't support any gun control laws nor background checks (especially in VA) and only have melt down, hissy fits when something like gun violence directly affects them, personally.
Guess we won't mention the children that have been gunned down, senselessly nor anyone else due to gun violence because they don't count.

Seems like they're reaping what they've been sowing with their barrage of hateful, racist, xenophobic, white supremacist, divisive rhetoric they've allowed to spew and proliferate.

At least, they have the best healthcare that our tax dollars can provide to cover any hospitalization unlike what they're planning for the rest of the majority of Americans, in secret, behind closed doors without any public discussion or disclosure.

They did delay their voting on allowing silencers today.
A House committee was scheduled to debate a bill making it easier to buy gun silencers Wednesday:

https://www.vox.com/policy-and-politics/2017/6/14/15802734/congress-gun-control-virginia-shooting-steve-scalise

Don't be such a hypocrite.

So this is the GOP's fault?

Your ability to spin facts to suit your beliefs is amazing

By one definition, the GOP baseball shooting is the 154th mass shooting this year

https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/wonk/wp/2017/06/14/the-gop-baseball-shooting-is-the-154th-mass-shooting-this-year/?tid=sm_fb&utm_term=.c282eefa6d4b

The elephant in the room is the need for sensible gun control.

No other developed nation suffers from the same rates of gun violence. In fact, America’s gun homicide rate is more than 25 times the average other peer nations.

https://www.conservativereview.com/articles/david-frum-spreads-gross-misinformation-on-va-gun-laws

even though the gun was not purchased in virginia, the laws of virginia still need to be obeyed. from what i understand-he did not. so , if true, it was not legal for him to have the gun.

so not sure whats true or not. but the majority of people killed ( not suicide ) are by guns not purchased legally

This shooting is the Obama/Clinton legacy. Divisiveness and hatred. No bipartisan cooperation. Resist, resist, not my president!

No, unfortunately this is a result of continuing hateful rhetoric and attitudes trump started in his campaign and republicans continue to endorse and promote, including lessening guns laws and regulations.
Seriously, who needs a silencer or an AK47, armor piercing bullets, etc.?

Now that they've become victims of their own self-serving policies, they're crying "foul!" They're reaping what they've sown.

What about all the other victims of gun violence: The children and teachers at Sandy Hook, Gabby Gifford, a democratic senator, or every other person who's lives have been cut short by mass murder by unhinged individuals who should never have been allowed near any gun.
And all those lives still to be lost because it's easier to buy a gun in the US than fill a darned prescription.

Trump is not fit nor qualified to be anyone's president.
I, for one, shall continue to RESIST, in an non violent manner.

Republicans Demand More Taxpayer Money For Their Security Instead of Acting On Gun Violence

Snowflake:
Usually used against liberals who take offence at right-wing policies and language, or those offended by Trump's insults and outbursts.

lol, if you say so

Why would I care what these people think - right, left or any political leaning in between?

This is hatemongering.

This is not about political point of view, it's about who you consider to be an expert - or an interpreter of our political environment.

OMG

Hatemonger (Urban Dictionary)
1.)A person who uses political beliefs or passions of any kind as a platform to express their hatred for another individual. 2.)A media personality who spreads hate under the guise of a political affiliation or a religous belief.

In 137 days, President Trump has made 623 false and misleading claims

Previously posted but reminding you of who and what you're defending when there is no defense against hypocrisy, dishonesty, racism, sexism, misogyny, xenophobia, fascism, treachery, bigotry, pride, greed, lust, envy, gluttony, wrath, and sloth.

Show me/ US why you think this "person/presidency" is good?
Preferably using facts from legitimate sources.

Fact check yourself instead of calling me delusional or a snowflake.
Defend your position. Go for it.

Go on supporting your continuing hypocrisy and ignorance.
SHOW me your grounds for your beliefs in this presidency instead of the spewing derogatory comments I've received from stating my perception opinions and links that support them.
Please fact check YOUR sources.

BTW - everyone is lawyering up less than 6 months into this fiasco of a presidency.

Politicians lie!

http://www.politifact.com/personalities/barack-obama/statements/byruling/false/

http://www.politico.com/story/2017/03/nancy-pelosi-sergey-kislyak-meeting-235653

And finally the list. Crowdranked.
http://www.ranker.com/crowdranked-list/lying-politicians-the-worst-liars-in-american-politics

I wouldn't trust any politician. None.

I am happy that Trump is fulfilling his campaign promises. Obamacare is all but dead without extortion to support it. Paris Agreement terminated, it was never legitimate anyway. Most of Obama's "executive regulations" are being rolled back. Cuba being rolled back. Land grabs in the west being rolled back. Before you know it things will be back to the way they were before Obama.

Many GREAT things happening.

Say Ahhh!
New Analysis Finds Uninsured Rate for Kids Would Increase by 50% Under AHCA

https://ccf.georgetown.edu/2017/06/14/new-analysis-finds-uninsured-rate-for-kids-would-increase-by-50-under-ahca/

BTW - http://www.politifact.com/truth-o-meter/article/2016/nov/10/donald-trumps-campaign-promises-first-100-days/

Paris Agreement actually doesn't expire our commitment until 2020.
Most countries, businesses, corporations, states, mayors, governors and people don't see anything wrong about rolling back toxic emissions, waste and moving FORWARD to cleaner environmental protections, except for trump's version of America , Nicaragua and Syria.

Personally, I don't see anything wrong about wanting a clean water, air, land, protecting ourselves, our health, environment, wildlife and not destroying our ONLY planet that sustains us.

BTW Rotor - Obama care didn't happen behind closed doors.
It happened due to intelligent consideration, numerous public hearings as well as numerous concessions to republicans.

Now you've got 13 rich, republican, old white guys who don't have a clue shielding themselves and the policies that will impact over 24 MILLION people while exempting themselves to the same standards.

I'm glad you can afford healthcare in the VI.
One of the big reasons I've moved, besides family, is healthcare insurance.

About Obamacare.

"The rancor has not abated since, as we all know. Republicans invoked Thomas Jefferson’s observation that “great innovations should not be forced on a slender majority – or enacted without broad support.” They cited broad legislative innovations like Social Security and Medicare, both of which enjoyed bipartisan support. They complained that one fewer vote in the Senate or a change of four votes in the House would have been enough to defeat ObamaCare. Democrats responded just as vociferously and passionately that this healthcare reform package was too important and overdue to delay or compromise."
