...after hitting four parked cars and pushing them into the house..
From comments elsewhere: BAC of 0.206? No wonder he couldn't react in time when that house and four parked cars swerved into his lane.

A drunk behind the wheel of a car is the same as if he/she had a gun. He/She is a danger to society Lock them up for 10 years 1st offense and never permit them to drive again.

Agreed! Lock em up!. I am always amazed when I see drunk visitor get behind the wheel of rental car.
